Все ингредиенты
- 800 г замороженного лука-порея в ломтиках d’aucy
- 400 мл молока
- 3 яйца
- 1 щепотка мускатного ореха
- 1 щепотка молотого стручкового перца
- 150 г копченой рыбы
- Соль, перец
Этапы приготовления
- Отварите лук-порей в кипящей воде в течение 15 минут. Слейте воду и отложите.
- Смешайте молоко и яйца в салатнике. Добавьте в смесь мускатный орех и молотый стручковый перец. Посолите и поперчите. Затем добавьте кусочки копченой рыбы.
- Распределите заготовку на смазанной сливочным маслом емкости для выпекания. Поставьте в разогретую до 200° духовку на 30 минут.
