Флан с козьим сыром и овсяным корнем

Все ингредиенты
- 400 г овсяного корня d’aucy
- 2 луковицы
- 200 мл соевого молока
- 2 г агар-агара
- 200 г козьего сыра
- Соль, перец в достаточном количестве
Этапы приготовления
- В оливковом масле обжарьте тонко нарезанный лук в сковороде с высокими бортиками. После его размягчения добавьте овсяный корень, перемешайте в течение двух минут, затем переложите в пищевой лоток и отложите.
- Подогрейте соевое молоко с агар-агаром и доведите до « дрожания ». Смешайте соевые сливки, козий сыр, соль и перец, готовьте в течение нескольких минут.
- Добавьте овсяный корень и лук, затем разлейте по кокотницам. Поставьте в холодильник как минимум на три часа и подавайте фланы с месклуном, предварительно вынув их из кокотниц.
