Все ингредиенты
- 600 г очищенных томатов (большая банка, 765 г)
- 1 песочное тесто
- 200 мл молока
- 200 мл сметаны
- 4 яйца
- 200 г козьего сыра
- Соль, перец, мускатный орех, орегано
- Сливочное масло, оливковое масло
- 100 г горчицы
- 1 кабачок

- Разбейте яйца в миске и взбейте их венчиком, после чего добавьте молоко, сметану, приправьте солью и насыпьте щепотку мускатного ореха и орегано.
- Разложите тесто на предварительно смазанной сливочным маслом форме для выпечки и наколите его вилкой.
- Нарежьте перчики и кабачки тонкими кружками. Разложив их на сковороде, полейте оливковым маслом, чтобы они начали покрываться корочкой, затем посолите и поперчите.
- Слейте излишнюю влагу из помидоров и нарежьте их тонкими кружками.
- Нанеся тонкий слой горчицы, расположите помидоры по кругу на дне киша, а затем разложите другие овощи.
- Равномерно покройте начинкой, расположив поверх нее кусочки козьего сыра по всей поверхности.
- Выпекать в хорошо разогретой духовке 45 минут при температуре 180°С.
