Все ингредиенты
- 1 банка белой фасоли d’aucy, 400 г
- 1/4 банки моркови d’aucy, 200 г
- 1/2 чайной ложки острой паприки
- 1 чайная ложка карри
- 1 столовая ложка подсолнечного масла
- 1 чайная ложка куркумы
- 1 чайная ложка тмина
- 2 дольки чеснока
- Немного имбиря
- 1 большая банка очищенных томатов (765 г)
- Соль
- По желанию: копченое мясо
Этапы приготовления
- Насыпать половину порции тмина в ступку, добавив туда же нарезанный чеснок, тертый имбирь и паприку. Измельчить полученную смесь.
- Разогреть масло на сковороде, добавить остаток неиспользованного имбиря, затем — массу, полученную в результате первого шага, а также очищенные помидоры.
- Добавить стакан воды и оставить кипеть на 3 минуты. Добавить фасоль и морковь, посолить.
- Накрыть крышкой и держать на огне 5 минут.
- По вкусу можно подать блюдо со свежей петрушкой, стручковым перцем, куркумой или карри.
