Все ингредиенты
- 270 г листьев шпината d’aucy (средняя банка, 380 г)
- 250 г филе семги
- 100 г шампиньонов
- 3 яйца (в том числе одно для смазывания перед выпечкой)
- 60 г риса
- 1 маленький пучок укропа
- Соль, перец
- 25 г сливочного масла (½ соли)
- 1 лук-шалот
- 2 куска слоеного теста
Этапы приготовления
- Варить яйца вкрутую на протяжении 9 минут, охладить, очистить и грубо размять вилкой. Сварить рис и также его охладить.
- Помыть шампиньоны, нарезать мелкими кубиками и поджарить их до появления легкой корочки со сливочным маслом, тонко нарезанным луком-шалотом, солью и перцем.
- Приготовить семгу на пару или рыбном бульоне от 8 до 10 минут, охладить и измельчить ее.
- В миске подготовить смесь из риса, шампиньонов и нескольких веточек укропа.
- На слоеное тесто, предварительно смазанное взбитым яйцом, выложить слой риса, оставляя бортик шириной 2–3 см, риса, затем добавить семгу, шампиньоны, сваренные вкрутую яйца, шпинат и несколько веточек укропа.
- Накрыть вторым куском слоеного теста, сжав его по краям, чтобы оно склеилось, и еще раз смазать перед выпечкой. Тесто можно украсить узором с помощью ножа.
- Выпекать 30 минут в горячей духовке при температуре 180°С.
