All the ingredients

  • 250 g d’aucy red kidney beans (medium 250 g can)
  • 50 g onion
  • 25 g tomato concentrate
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 12 g cornflour
  • 25 g rolled oats
  • 5 g soya sauce
  • to taste salt, pepper, cumin powder, dry oregano
  • to taste chives

The preparation stages

  1. Peel the onions and dice finely.
  2. Drain the beans, then crush them roughly with a fork in a bowl.
  3. Add the onions, tomato concentrate, soya sauce, rolled oats, oil, and cornflour.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, and minced chives.
  5. Form 4 patties with a small pastry ring, then brown them in a frying pan for a few minutes with some oil.
  6. Garnish your burgers with barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, grilled vegetables, rocket, etc.
