  • 1 Kg of frozen gratin dauphinois
  • 100 g of frozen green peas
  • 100 g of frozen carrot sticks
  • 100 g of smoked lardons
  • 125 g of grated cheese
  • Salt, pepper

The preparation stages

  1. Boil a pan of water then immerse green peas and carrots for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the Gratin (still frozen) in a dish.
  3. Add the green peas, carrots and lardons, mix and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle on the surface with cheese.
  5. Cooking in a hot oven, 200 ° C for 35 mn.
