All the ingredients

  • 500 g of frozen leaf spinach
  • 100 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 Cl of milk
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • Salt, pepper
  • Frying oil
  • Dipper sauce

The preparation stages

  1. Defrost the spinach.
  2. In a bowl, pour flour, a pinch of salt, pepper and scramble the eggs then mix with slightly warm milk.
  3. Drain the spinach well and mix with the cheese.
  4. Heat the frying bath then plunge small spinach ball previously soaked in the donut maker or a deep fryer machine (or just a wok and oil), cook for 2 mn, lightly brown
  5. Accompanied by a dipper sauce.
