All the ingredients

  • 285 g d’aucy sweetcorn (medium 285 g can)
  • 200 g d’aucy cut green beans (medium 200 g can)
  • 180 g asian noodles
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 300 g peeled shrimp
  • to taste soya sauce, sesame oil
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 courgette 
  • to taste spices

The preparation stages

  1. Wash and chop the fresh vegetables.
  2. Drain the sweetcorn and green beans.
  3. Add some oil to a wok and cook the fresh vegetables, minced ginger, and shrimp quickly to preserve their texture. Keep warm and set aside.
  4. Boil 400 ml of water, then add the noodles. When the noodles are cooked, add as much sweetcorn, beans, vegetables, shrimp, soya sauce, and spices as you’d like.
