All the ingredients

  • 300 g of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 300 g of round rice
  • 5 Cl of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 L of chicken broth
  • 40 g of parmesan powder
  • 3 Cl of white wine
  • 60 g of onion
  • 25 g of organic parsley
  • 10 Cl of organic whipping cream
  • Salt, pepper

The preparation stages

  1. Brown the onions without colouring and then pour the rice.
  2. Cook over low heat, add the White wine and then the broth as it cooks.
  3. Once the rice is cooked and tender (25 mn), add the parmesan, parsley, then the cream to relax the texture and at the end the mixed vegetables.
  4. Let it simmer 5 mn.
