All the ingredients

  • 280 g d’aucy extra fine peas (280 g)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 3 g cumin powder
  • to taste salt, hot pepper powder
  • 30 g roasted pistachios

The preparation stages

  1. Drain and blend the peas.
  2. Add the juice of the lime, the chopped coriander, cumin, salt, and a pinch of hot pepper.
  3. Blend again and add some crushed pistachios to give it a little crunch.
  4. Serve as a dip with nachos.
