All the ingredients

  • 500 g of frozen green peas
  • 50 g of peanuts
  • 1 mango
  • 1 red pepper
  • 15 g of fresh Ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 radish
  • Chili pepper
  • Soya sauce, sesame oil
  • Coriander

The preparation stages

  1. Defrost the green peas.
  2. In a bowl, mix the green peas, the mango and the red pepper in small cubes, then the radis in thin stripes, then add the peanuts.
  3. Prepare the seasoning : mix the sesame oil, soya sauce, chopped ginger, a dash of lemon juice and a hint of chili.
  4. Coat the vegetables, mix all well and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Coriander and minced prawns can be added (optional).
