All the ingredients

  • 500 g of frozen Carrot sticks
  • 100 g of green broad bean of soya
  • 50 g of butter
  • 25 g of ginger
  • 25 g of caster sugar
  • 100g of oyster sauce
  • Coriander
  • Pepper
  • Cumin seeds

The preparation stages

  1. In a frying pan, melt the butter over low heat then add the ginger.
  2. Pour the carrots and the beans, leave to brown for 10 mn.
  3. Add the oyster sauce, cumin seeds, pepper then coriander.
  4. Leave to freeze for 2-3mn.
