All the ingredients

  • 400 of frozen cauliflowers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 10 g of fresh ginger
  • 4 pineapple slices
  • 1 lemon
  • 15 Cl of coconut milk
  • Curry paste

The preparation stages

  1. Defrost the cauliflowers.
  2. Wash, peel, cut the onion, pineapple and pepper in big dices of around 3 cm.
  3. On a skewer, string vegetables and fruits alternating colours.
  4. In a dish, relax the curry paste with coconut milk, lemon juice and chopped ginger. Marinate the skewers.
  5. Grill in the oven (10 mn) or on a BBQ.
