All the ingredients

  • 1 can of d’aucy chickpeas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • fresh coriander
  • ras-el-hanout spice mixture
  • olive oil
  • salt

The preparation stages

  1. Crush the chickpeas in a bowl using a fork.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and coriander, all chopped finely, along with 1 tsp of ras-el-hanout, 1 pinch of salt, and the whole egg.
  3. Stir until the mixture becomes a smooth and even paste.
  4. Make balls of about 10 g and roll them in some olive oil.
  5. Bake for around 15 minutes at 185°C.
