All the ingredients
- 220 g d’aucy green beans
- 100 g d’aucy peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chicken fillets to taste
The preparation stages
- Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in olive oil. Add the d’aucy tomatoes and cook for 5 min over medium heat. Add the green beans and parsley and cook over low heat for 3 min. Keep warm and set aside.
- Prepare the marinade by mixing the olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Skewer the fillets and sprinkle the marinade.
- Bake at 200° for 8 to 10 min, turning halfway through cooking. Serve hot with the green beans.
