- الطماطم المقشرة d’aucy 235 غ
- البنجر d’aucy 265 غ
- لحم بقر 450 غ
- ملفوف متوسط الحجم 1/3
- بطاطس 4
- جزر 1
- بصل 1,5
- ملح حسب الذوق
- بقدونس حسب الذوق
مراحل الإعداد
- نضع اللحم في قدر ونُغطيه بالماء البارد. نتركه لينضج على نار خفيفة (مع أو بدون العظام) لعمل المرق، ثم نضيف الملح. بعد حوالي ساعة واحدة بمجرد أن ينضج اللحم، نُخرجه من المرق.
- نُقطع الملفوف إلى أرباع. نضيف شرائح البطاطس والملفوف إلى المرق ونطهو لمدة 30 دقيقة.
- نقطع الجزر والبصل إلى شرائح رقيقة ثم نحمرها في الزبدة لمدة 5 دقائق.
- نُضيف البنجر والطماطم ونتركها على نار هادئة (نحرص على عدم احتراق التحضير).
- بمجرد أن تنضج الخضار، نُضيفها إلى مرق الملفوف والبطاطس. نمزج. نضيف شرائح اللحم والشبت والبقدونس ثم نطبخ لمدة 5 دقائق إضافية.
