- الفاصوليا الحمراء d’aucy 250 غ
- الكينوا 250 غ
- طماطم كرزية 12
- بصل أحمر 0,5
- أغصان البقدونس 40 غ
- بذور اليقطين حسب الذوق
- لصلصة الخل:
- زيت الزيتون 2 ملعقة كبيرة
- خل الجوز 2 ملعقة كبيرة
- خردل 1 ملعقة كبيرة
- ملح حسب الذوق
- فلفل حسب الذوق
مراحل الإعداد
- نُصفي الفاصوليا الحمراء d’aucy ونتركها جانبًا. نقطع البصل إلى شرائح ونقطع الطماطم إلى نصفين.
- نضع الكينوا والبصل والطماطم والفاصوليا في وعاء. نضيف البقدونس المفروم ونخلط.
- نحضر صلصة الخل في وعاء صغير : نخلط الخل مع الخردل، ثم نُضيف زيت الزيتون مرتين. نُتبل بالملح والفلفل. نُضيف صلصة الخل في اللحظة الأخيرة لتجنب الإفراط في طهي السلطة.
