- 180غ نودلز آسيوية
- 2 جزر
- 1 بصل
- 1 فليفلة حمراء
- 300غ جمبري مقشر
- كمية كافية من: صلصة صويا، زيت سمسم
- 1 قطعة زنجبيل
- 1 قرع
- كمية كافية من: بهارات
مراحل الإعداد
- تُغسل الخضار الطازجة وتُقطّع
- تُصفّى الذرة والفاصوليا الخضراء
- تُوضع في الووك، ويُضاف القليل من الزيت، وتُقلّب سريعاً، للحفاظ على قوام مقرمش، الخضار الطازجة، والزنجبيل المفروم والجمبري، ويُترك المزيج على النار لبضع لحظات
- يُسكب 40 سل من الماء، وتسقّط فيها النودلز عند الغليان. بعد امتصاص الماء بالكامل، تُضاف الذرة، الفاصوليا، الخضار والجمبري، صلصة الصويا والبهارات حسب ذوقك
