- 1 علبة بسعة 400غ من الفاصوليا البيضاء من d’aucy
- 4/1 علبة بسعة 200غ من الجزر من d’aucy
- 2/1 ملعقة صغيرة من البابريكا الحار
- ملعقة صغيرة من الكاري
- ملعقة كبيرة من الزيت
- ملعقة صغيرة من الكركم
- ملعقة صغيرة من الكمون
- 2 فص ثوم
- القليل من الزنجبيل
- 1 علبة من الطماطم المقشرة 4/4
- ملح
- "اختياري: لحم مدخن"
مراحل الإعداد
- توضع نصف كمية الكمون في المدقة مع الثوم المفروم، والزنجبيل المبشور والبابريكا. يُسحق المزيج.
- يُسخّن الزيت في مقلاة، ويُضاف بقية الكمون غير المستخدم، ثم المعجون الذي تم الحصول عليه في النقطة 1 والطماطم المقشرة.
- يُضاف 1 كوب من الماء ويترك المزيج ليغلي على النار لمدة 3 دقائق. تُضاف الفاصوليا والجزر ويُملّح المزيج.
- تُغطى المقلاة بغطاء ويُترك المزيج على النار لمدة 5 دقائق.
- حسب الذوق، يُقدم الطبق مع البقدونس الطازج أو الفلفل الحار أو الكركم أو الكاري
