جميع المكونات
- 100غ بازلاء مجمدة من d’aucy
- 1 كيس من ورق البريك (حوالي 10)
- 1 بطاطس حلوة
- 100غ جبنة فيتا
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الفلفل
- 1 ملعقة صغيرة من بذور الكمون
- ملح، فلفل
- زيت
مراحل الإعداد
- نُقشر ونقطع البطاطس الحلوة على شكل مكعبات وتُطهى مع البازلاء في الماء المغلي لمدة 15 دقيقة. نقطرها ونضعها جانبا في سلطانية.
- نضيف جبنة الفيتا المفتتة ومسحوق الفلفل وبذور الكمون. نضيف الملح والفلفل.
- نضع ملعقة من المزيج على أنصاف أوراق البريك ثم نطويها على شكل مثلثات. تُطهى المثلثات في المقلاة في الزيت لمدة 4 دقائق من كل جانب أو في الفرن على 200°م لمدة 10 دقائق.
