جميع المكونات
- 300 غ من الحمص
- 200 غ من الشمندر
- 4-5 فصوص ثوم
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة من زيت الزيتون
- ملعقة صغيرة من بذور السمسم
- ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الكمون
- 2 ملعقة كبيرة من عصير الليمون
- ملح
- بقدونس
مراحل الإعداد
- أضيفي قليلاً من الزيت في مقلاة، وأضيفي بذور السمسم وحمِّصيها حتى تكتسب لونها ذهبياً، ثم انزعي المقلاة عن النار.
- أفرِغي البذور من المقلاة بواسطة ملعقة، واتركيها حتى تبرد وتكتسب مزيداً من الطعم.
- اخلطي الثوم في الخلّاط الكهربائي حتى يتحول إلى معجون ناعم. أضيفي قليلاً من الماء إذا رأيت أنه جاف أكثر من اللزوم.
- اخلطي الشمندر، والحمص، ومسحوق الكمون، وزيت الزيتون، والملح، وعصير الليمون، وبذور السمسم المُحمَّصة.
- اخلطي الكل في الخلّاط الكهربائي حتى يتحوّل إلى معجون ناعم.
- قدّمي الحمص مُزيَّناً بالبقدونس وزيت الزيتون.
