جميع المكونات
- 1 مرطبان هليون أبيض من d’aucy
- 1 علبة صلصة طماطم مطبوخة
- 100غ رقائق جبن بارمزان
- 12 شريحة من خبز الباغيت
- 4 شرائح طويلة من جامبون بارما
- 1 فص ثوم
- كمية كافية من زيت الزيتون
- كمية كافية من: ريحان طازج، جرجير
- 12 طماطم كرزية
- كمية كافية من: زهرة الملح، حبوب فلفل مطحونة
مراحل الإعداد
- تُقطّع 12 شريحة من خبز الباغيت بشكل انحرافي للحصول على القليل من الطول
- يحمّص الخبز قليلاً على أحد جانبيه ويُفرك بالثوم
- تُغطى شرائح الخبز بطبقة من صلصة الطماطم ثم توضع شرائح الجامبون، وبعض قطع الهليون المقطعة أطرافها بشكل مائل
- توضع أخيراً بعض أوراق الجرجير، والريحان، والطماطم الكرزية ثم رقائق جبن البارمزان
- للتتبيل، يضاف القليل من زيت الزيتون، وزهرة الملح وحبوب الفلفل المطحونة
يُستحسن استهلاكها فاترة (يُسخّن الخبز وصلصة الطماطم قبل التحضير)
